* Note:
1.This 3D print is made from a type of plastic called PLA (polylactic acid). PLA is an excellent material for 3d printing but is generally more brittle than other plastics.
2.Our products are not intended for small children due to small parts and potential choking hazards. Certain designs may feature sharp points or have components susceptible to breakage if dropped, stepped on or sat on.
3.Our prints are made from plastic and prolonged exposure to heat and UV rays may cause warping. We advise against leaving items in cars or exposed to hot weather.
4.Filament colors may vary slightly between brands, and Rainbow (which is a gradient filament) prints may differ in color based on the position on the spool during production. Due to the nature of 3D printing, and there may be slight layering on the surface, which is a normal feature of 3D printed items. 3.3 All items presented on the web-site unless indicated otherwise are made-to-order on demand. Cancellations with refunds are only possible if the products have not been sent into production. The window for cancellations may be as short as 12 hours from the time the order is placed. This will vary based on the manufacturing capacity at the time of the order. We keep the right to decline refund for the cancellation if this condition is not complied with.
4. Shipping and Production
4.1 Our shipping and production information can be found on the Shipping & Production Information page. We aim to keep information on the page accurate however, we may take no responsibility for any delays in updating this information, or changing any information on the page without advanced warning.
4.2 If the parcel is returned to the sender, we will re-dispatch it upon its arrival at our facilities, unless it was refused by the receiver. The time it takes for the return to arrive will depend on the postal services in the country of arrival as well as Royal Mail timings.
5. Post-purchase care and support
5.1 If a customer complains that the product is unsatisfactory or damaged and provides the required proof, and the complaint is justified and filed within 28 days of receiving the parcel, we will arrange the replacement of the models. The replacement will be shipped to the customer free of charge.
5.2 We do not accept returns, as all products are made-to-order on demand unless indicated otherwise
